Running a local business is hard. Really hard.
As someone who has been on both sides—working in a fintech startup and running my own café—I’ve seen firsthand how small businesses struggle to survive. They’re up against big companies that have technology and resources. Meanwhile, most local businesses are run by households or solo entrepreneurs who wear every hat: owner, manager, cashier, marketer, and accountant.
